The objective of the Orthotropic-Orthodontic Seminars is to help dentists and orthodontists achieve their goals by providing free, state-of-the-art information and education in a neutral, non-judgemental environment.The Symposiums give a chance for members to meet, discuss progress and also allowed clinicians to update their treatment and pick up new developments.

A Learning Experience Not To Be Missed…

Why do 95% of humans have crooked teeth, when it is nearly unheard of in our ancestors or the other 5400 species of mammals?

This series of four, two-day sessions in Grand Rapids, Michigan combines Friday lectures;

  at the Dominican Center presented by Dr. John Mew, developer of the

Orthotropic® Concept, who has been practicing and teaching the method since 1983

and Saturday clinical experiences observing patients in various stages of treatment, hands-on practice wire bending, adjusting and repairing appliances;

 in the office of Dr. Karen O’Rourke, featuring clinicians and lab technicians that have been providing Biobloc Orthotropic treatment for over 25 years.

This course will equip students with the skills and confidence to commence Orthotropic® treatment on cases age 4-11 years. Staff attendance is highly recommended.

Clinical support and consultation on Orthotropic® cases will be made available to attendees by the clinical staff hosting the course.
